I've had my BS since Dec 2024. Didn't have any issues until end of March beginning of April. I started to notice a vibration/shudder in the rear. It is intermittent, but happens every time I drive the car. I've taken it to Ford multiple times for this issue.
Symptoms:
Harsh shifting at times
Lag in acceleration
Vibration/Shuddering from the rear (almost like light rumble strips) this can happen for a few seconds. Almost like the car is trying to gain traction.
From their recommendation I have had:
RDU replaced
Rear Axle replaced
They then said it was the tires, so we got new tires
As I continued to have this issue, they replaced the Torque Converter - i was then told it was take about 1,200km to adjust to my driving.
I was then told, this is just how the Bronco Sports Drive
Anyway the vibration is still there and not really sure what to do at this point. I think I'm going to see another dealership for a second opinion. From what I've recorded it happens between the 1000 and 2000 RPM mark, between 20km - 80km. Road conditions or temperature don't seem to be a factor.
Anyone have any experience with something like this?
