After leaving Big Bend National Park we continued west visiting New Mexico, Arizona, California, and Nevada. Pipe Organ Cactus is a National Monument on the Mexican border. In In Quartzite Arizona, we attended the RTR and did some off-roading in the desert. The hatch lights came in handy packing the Bronco up at night. We explored Anza Borrego Desert State Park with friends, amazing place! South of Quantize we camper and explored KOFA National Wildlife Refuge and Skull rock. Next was Death Valley. The weather was perfect, 75-80 degrees. Lots of places to Explore. So much public land and trails in the west. We used OnX Off-road and kept our trail rides to a level 4 and below. After 11,294.4 miles we made it back to the Midwest. My wife was disappointed that there are no 4wd roads near us. We are planning on joining the Texas Bronco group again this December, can't wait!

Looks like a great trip! I'm not too far from Anza Borrego, and will have to check out some trails in the area.

Great trip for you guys. The desert is a special place and winter and early spring are the times to visit.

With your towing, keep the fluids fresh (transmission, RDU etc.) and changed earlier than Ford recommends.

Keep the wanderlust alive.

So much to Explore there, we just scratched the surface. We were were lucky to have a guide to show us around.
