I was really sad they retired Rapid Red but the more I see Hot Pepper, the more I think it fits the BS even better. And I always enjoy colors that change with the lighting. Very sharp looking ride!
Hot pepper is out rapid red is in for 2023 .

I just got my 22 broncosport Badlands and only options were the premium package so i could have leather which is easier picking up dog hair and then I got the falken tires because first I think the atw3s are the best all-terrain tire and one of the few all terrains that actually do well in snow and mud and that's just a screaming deal for those tires even before covid for similar tires I was paying at least 150 bucks per tire and I think they were like $565 in total for them, and I've only put 100 miles on it so far I got it yesterday July 15th of 22 but I freaking love it I had a 2014 Ford escape titanium all-wheel drive with the 2 l engine I bought it when I started going to NAU in Flagstaff mainly for snow and the fact that I blew up my Pontiac Grand Prix GT with the supercharged 3.8 l engine which really pissed me off cuz a hose blew on the highway and I couldn't get over fast enough and it warped the head and the shape the car was in it just wasn't worth fixing anyways it was also the fact that I bought it used for $15,000 with only 55,000 miles fully loaded except for sunroof so it was a really good deal and right before covid and I just loved it to death before some a****** ran a red light and totaled it last October which has made me go through two different cars trying to find something I liked as much until my bronco sport order finally came in and my broncosport it's the same engine the same frame the same transmission as the later years but more off roadie which is basically what I was turning mine into anyways so I love it it's freaking perfect I just wish that they had put the 2 l in all the models like they initially said they were going to so I didn't have to pay $42,000 for a badlands but even still I'm glad I got it and even though I choked on the price and could barely afford it as I'm just a poor government employee I still love it to death.

Not sure if you're federal, but I'll definitely be able to pick out any emails from you should they land in my inbox. That was quite the read.

Congratulations on your new ride and welcome to the forum. Your patience when ordering paid off.

I’m glad you put that final period in there. I was just about out of breath when I got to the end…

I'm State and yeah my boss is pretty exasperated with my written communication too. Hey I'm an accountant not a freaking English major. Also I took mine out for some light off-roading and it did surprisingly well I actually got it further than my old GMC Sierra but I think that's just cuz that truck was so freaking long.

I love the color. I’m jealous. Limited choices. Was lucky to find a white one.

Howdy, Bud here. New 2022 Bronco Badlands owner..........Velocity Blue.
Looking forward to engaging in the community and learning and participating in all the banter and shared wisdom and knowledge. Found it during a nationwide search, flew to Cedar Rapids Iowa on Friday and drove it back to Colorado on Saturday. Had every option and the exact color that we wanted ( God is good) and was also $3k less than comps in Colorado.

New (and veteran) members, please drop in, say hello and introduce yourselves!

We think you’ll find (or have found) a welcoming, helpful and supportive community here!
Greetings....again? anyway......My name is Bud and I have a brand new 2022 Bronco Sport Badlands in the garage next to Big Red (2018 F150 5.0). Velocity Blue........Couldnt find a Badlands Sport anywhere in Colorado or Wyoming that wasnt already spoken for so did a Nationwide search and there she was........sitting in a small town in Iowa, West Branch. Unspoken for.... I was in disbelief....then I looked at the options........what? ......everything I had hoped for? ...........no way..........and then I looked at the window sticker...........what? $3300 less than anything I had seen in Colorado? I quickly picked my jaw up off of the table, called the wife to the laptop..........WHAT? She couldn't believe it either. Doing my best not to react without pause for thinking........I slept on it....well didnt really sleep. Called the dealer next day......it was still available...........heart pounding, I pulled out my CC and placed a hold deposit on the vehicle. I had some miles left from United and used them to buy two one way tickets to Cedar Rapids Iowa, the dealer picked us up at the airport and drove us the 40 miles to the dealership where we drove the Bronco, signed the paper work and were out of there in 35 minutes..WHAT?........ 800 miles later she sits in the garage next to Big Red, Red has been lonely since the Stang left. Welcome home Blue........

Welcome to the group. Fellow Badlands owner myself. The wife just picked up an outer banks yesterday. I’ve only had mine for a week. Lots of interesting information here. Enjoy the ride.
