After relocating to North Carolina, I have noticed a significantly higher number of Bronco drivers on the road. In my small Arizona town, there were only about 4 of us (3 Sports and 1 big Bronco), and we would consistently wave whenever we drove past each other. I'm always excited when I see one, as I like to admire the different colors, trims, and modifications in-person. However, I've gotten mixed signals when I wave at other Bronco drivers here in NC: Anything from a warm wave back to an absolute death glare like I've just insulted their entire family lineage.
I need to know - Do you wave at other Bronco drivers, or do I just look like an absolute loon?

First, welcome to Norf Cackalacky!

Second, if youā€™re in a metro area like Raleigh or Charlotte, youā€™ll see a lot of mixed driving styles because there are so many transplants. Some drivers are courteous and friendly; others are not. Best to drive defensively.

Itā€™s a jeep thing. Donā€™t be a poser
Have never and will never own a Jeep. The action of waving while driving a vehicle probably isn't reserved for a specific group. Just being friendly to other Bronco folks.

Been waving at other motorcycle riders for nearly four decades now. Some don't wave back, most do. I don't wave to make other people happy...

Try waving, but thereā€™s so few in my area that by the time it registers to wave theyā€™re gone and Iā€™m waving at some ā€œyuppy larvaā€ in a BMW <LOL>!!!

Always waved at other motorcyclists as well.
Besides, in this dark age, what's wrong with brightening someone else's day? Takes little effort and costs nothing.
If they get confused by it, then it puts a smile on our faces too.
