So I just broke the 1k barrier on my 2025. I am conflicted, I wanted to stay in the 100s forever but happy overall.
So just gave him first good bath and and noticed when I pulled it out of the garage, the electric fan kicked on at start up cold and as it ramped up (variable speed or soft start ?) it sounded like something was sounding like a spun bearing or something was caught in it. After I pulled back in it seemed worse. Long story short ... I spun the fan by hand to see if was audible without engine running. nothing clicking and it spun freely. Started it up after it was cold again and the noise was significantly less but fan still came on immediately. Normal ?

Thats sonewhat comforting, keeping my eye ... ears on it... for sure. Its been over one hundred degee heat index for last few days.

My garage is in the 105-110 range overnight during summer’s peak, no problems whatsoever. I wouldn’t sweat it unless the noise increases or starts sounding more like a squeal.

Also, don’t forget there are fans in each headlight assembly as well, not just the electric cooling system fan.

Yeah, headlight fans got me right away! Used Dr.Google for that one

Just drive the thing instead of over analyzing everything and enjoy, if something actually goes wrong it's under warranty, then Ford can worry about it.

It's been around 35 C in Toronto the last few days and I've noticed that the noise coming from the engine at start up is much louder than usual (due to cooling fan and AC starting immediately ? ).
