Order tracker down?

Finally got a VIN and order number from the dealer and they were finally able to relay to us a build date of 1/24. The order tracker was working for like 2 days. The Ford order tracker will just refresh the input page every time I try to enter the info, and the order tracker in the sticky at the top of this forum just says unable to track this vin. Anything like this happen to anyone else?

Hmm...still not working and now the Ford VIN tracker is saying "invalid VIN" despite it working previously.

It hasn’t worked since Friday evening for me. But I did enter the window sticker URL last night and was able to see my window sticker for the first time!

Whew, glad it wasn't just me. My new BL is supposed to be built this coming week and I'm dying to track it. At least I was able to pull up my window sticker for the first time, on another site.

Me neither. Has not worked for a few days. Of course right during my build week last week it stopped. So I had to use the FordPass and ETIS to see if it has been built, which it has. If tracker does not come up looks like I will have to call dealer to see when it ships.

No, they said they were using an alternative website and I was asking which one.

Hmmm. Starting to get worried, had a build week of 12/6, got my window sticker and an in production status, but no build date before the tracker went down. Been checking the FordPass app, no movement there, and the ETIS system only shows basic information for my car, no comp testing results that people who've been built have got.

Hope its just the system is down and not another existential delay.
