Delivered! We're picking up Saturday.

Now showing as built 2/3/22 with delivery date 3/10/22. Fingers crossed it actually happens with all these chip delays. And it's not even my car it's my girlfriend's. I'm excited for her. I think I'm more excited than she is lol.

Does anyone know if this build week is affected by the chip hold? Or do we not know yet? Went into production 1/24 still showing in production. No blend date yet on the window sticker.

Hmm...still not working and now the Ford VIN tracker is saying "invalid VIN" despite it working previously.

Finally got a VIN and order number from the dealer and they were finally able to relay to us a build date of 1/24. The order tracker was working for like 2 days. I see. That would explain why our salesman doesn't seem to know any info when we call. Is there any way Ford customer service can see the build date if we speak to someone in management? They only seemed to know as much as the order tracker with the latest person we called. The dealer seems to...

Followup on my previous thread regarding my girlfriend's BS order. After over a month dealership was finally able to provide an order number. And after harrassing Ford Customer service and speaking to like 10 different people we were finally able to coax a VIN number out of them. However...

We don't have a VIN yet. I thought the VIN gets created when the order gets scheduled for production.

Okay dealer called today and was able to provide us with the "order code." I'm not sure why it took an entire month but now we have it. Now any idea how to track this thing?

In hindsight I wish I would have thought of this but I didn't know those details about the order system. And I guess I assumed the salesman would be as up to date as I was. He didn't know we could order a 2022 OBX in cyber orange as it was outside the scope of the build and price. Our salesman...

They did not. The salesman used the 2021 build and price to build the 2022 (we wrote in cyber orange manually) then came back with a pricing agreement for a 2022 based on the online 2021 build and price we built. There was no building based on official order books.

I doubt that. She ordered an OBX in Cyber Orange which is 2022 only. I went thru the exact same process ordering my Bronco. No Dora form. Difference is I actually got a confirmation email.

This form was never given to us when we ordered. We just have the pricing agreement. They had us do an online build and price and sign that with the selected options and then they came back with the pricing agreement based on the build and price. I specifically asked for a form like this at the...

We were not given a sheet like this. Just a pricing agreement and receipt for deposit.

Yeah mines a 21 order that got converted to a 22...still waiting. First week reservation.

You haven't heard anything at all ? Many people who ordered around that time have build dates already. That's essentially what our dealer is telling us too. Where are you located?

Just got off the phone with customer service. They said they couldn't help us but Dealer should be able to give us an order #. Called dealer and they said they couldn't give us an order #. I looked at my paperwork from my personal Bronco order and at the top is listed "Deal #" and "Cust #" but...
