Oil change required message

Has anyone received an oil change required message on the FordPass app showing a 0% life, but then go into the oil life and it shows more life remaining?
Like mine is showing 50% life.

But the other 50% says you need an oil change.

This is an interesting foil to be in. I'd suggest taking it to a Ford place and asking them to explain, but you'd most likely be told or sold something you don't need.

Happened to me the other day. I don’t keep the Fordpass app running, and when I logged in it had a message that my oil life was “0” and needed immediate service (which I‘d just had done a few weeks ago). Went to the service history and it showed the servicing I’d just done.
I forced the app to update, I believe by shutting it off and restarting, and presto everything was sync’s up and correct. Think it’s just a glitch in the way the app updates things.

Happened to me a few weeks ago, still have 90% oil life left...... weird!

Rebooted the phone, hasn't happened since.

I still keep a paper log of all things maintenance for all my vehicles.

I seldom go in the Fordpass app and take my cue for oil change from the screen inside the Bronco.
