    Check what the minimum android version the software requires. My 3 year old phone wouldn't work with certain programs because the phone wouldn't update beyond version 12. I hate this built-in Obsolescent crap.

    Yep, same here. It also killed my adaptive cruse control and lane centering. Everything was normal after replacing the driver's seat buckle, even though is said the rear belt was at fault.
