Need Help Customizing the Display

So, on the menu I picked, My View, and it uses to give you options as to what you want to see, including the calm mode, looks like with the last update, that is no longer the case as when I choose the My View, I dont get any options and it goes right back to the regular View oh and I have a 2025 Outer Banks.

Do you have the details of the update in your Fordpass or touchscreen? Do you know what module was updated?

Something definitely doesn't sound right. I still occasionally get the random "reset to default" and have to go back in and change them all back to my preferences.

So, do you think mine has a glitch? Next time I drive it, I'll see if it still does not give me options.

PT-25.1.3.1? If so, that is a PCM update. Hard for me to imagine how that would affect what you can see in the cluster, but if more than one owner is experiencing this after the same update, maybe there is a correlation.

I just checked my 2025 Bronco Sport Big Bend and these are the screens associated with My View. Also my Ford Pass app shows no updates done or pending.

You can do that without engaging one of the GOAT modes?

Yes. I was in "Normal" mode. AFAIK, the only display settings affected by various GOAT modes are the "Configure Gauges" setting... where there are a couple of additional gauges available in Off-road and performance modes.

So, yes mine is no longer giving me those options! I had a friend of mine that has the same year and trim I do, show me hers, and hers is working also. It may just be a glitch and hoping next time I try it, it will work, otherwise I'll be calling the dealer to take a look.

Okay, well I hate to admit this buuut, I had a senior moment!! So, when I tried it again, I realized once I hit the My View, I have to push the button up or down for the screen to change options to select!! Sorry if I confusing anyone!! Anyway, I'm glad its working!!

Yeah, well selecting "configure gauges" does nothing.

You have to be in "Sport" mode to add/change gauges. It only adds two at the top, Turbo Boost, Oil Temp, Trans Oil Temp, Volts. Pick 2. The "Swap" option only swaps the two added gauges.
