And who knows if there is REALLY an underlying safety issue with brakes!

There is no safety issue. Brake noises have been around since brakes were first invented. You are forcing two different materials together with great force--there will be noise.

My rig stops fine, only seams to "complain" in the lower single digits. I just send it as is

I’ll let you guys know if the brake noise has been successfully purged on the 2025 model. You’d hope Ford would apply any solution to newer builds of the Bronco Sport. So far, so good.
