I haven't noticed a missing panel.
It’s not noticeable unless you get low and look upward behind the glove box - if you can see the blower motor, wiring and other exposed items your vehicle does not have the Fuse panel cover, interior, passenger side: Instrument Panel Cover Passenger Side

Even if the cover is not there, Ford stopped installing the cover a few years ago so technically it is not “missing” in that case

It's not missing, it's cost cutting. It should be there, so I bought one. Make that two. One for my '23 OBX. :(

I just ordered one for my 25 Badlands I picked up August 1. I have the under-hood insulation, but I'm going to look at the other sometimes missing under-hood parts to see if I have them or not.

If the one on mine falls off one more time, it's going in the garbage. Seems like all you have to do is sneeze too hard and it falls off.
