Has anyone here cleaned their MAP sensor yet? If so, at what mileage and did you notice a difference in MPGs and more?

At 117,000 miles, I cleaned the MAF, mass airflow sensor; the MAP, manifold absolute pressure sensor and the IAT, intake air temperature sensor. I used MAF cleaner on all three. I did not see any visible debris or discoloration.

I now have 150,000 miles.

The only thing that passes over the MAP is filtered air.

I've cleaned the three sensor's noted above, all with MAF Cleaner. I also clean the PCV Valve and related hoses as well as my Catch Can at the same time. Done all together I noticed it ran smoother at idle and I had a slight gain in MPG. I usually clean everything at or around 30K. You might trigger a code alert at first start noted by the yellow trouble icon on the cluster. Drive it for 10 or 15 minutes and it will clear by itself or at the next start cycle. Easy maintenance items that would cost $200 plus at the dealer. For the cost of a can of MAF Cleaner and 30 minutes of your time much cheaper and you know it's done right.
