Largest tire size on 2021 BS Big Bend -- with and without lift kit?

I’ve got Toyo open country at3 265/65R17 on mine with a 1.5” lift and minor trimming. They look great and ride great too, both on and off-road.

I know this is like 2 years later, but I have to ask--minor trimming?

Falken wildpeak 235/65r17. It’s the lightest tire at 31.1 lbs. The best all round tire for SPORTS

Got you beat by a bit. I have Goodyear Wrangler Workhorse 245/65/17's @ 31 lbs. each. They're the lightest.

A lift doesn't affect what tire size you can run. It's all about the width of the wheel well.
You can run 245/65 or 235/70's with no rubbing at full lock. After that you would need to trim or deal with the rubbing.
There are some running 255/75's by trimming the pinch weld on the fire wall.
This is my old OB with a 1.5 " lift and Cooper 245/65's

This is my BL with the same wheels.

You would think they would make the wheel well a little bit bigger especially in the new Sasquatch It's the same will will so you can only get a 245 in there.

From all the videos I've seen there is a piece of metal in the back side of the front wheel well that needs to be cut off It's like a lip it's behind the fabric and then you need to zip tie the fabric back on the front and back to tighten up a little bit.
I've been debating on if I want to go that route or just go with a 245s

I read the whole thread and haven't seen anything bigger than 265/65/17. So, my question is, is anyone working on anything to fix it? "Certain off set rims allow 31's" or "lower control arms with lower ball joint moved 1" forward allowing a bigger tire" type of stuff?

Or is this it, this is the max and everyone has stopped looking?
