I'm looking for an update for my 2021 BS Badlands. Since I already lifted it and changed the tires I'm looking for a new intake, any ideas?
I leave some pics of my BSB

There's actually quite a few on the market. Depending on where you live, most won't ship to commiefornia, so I'm my case I will have to ship to family and bring it back with me when I visit. Or ship it to myself.

Won't change much in performance though. I want to do it for more induction noise though.

Absolute waste of money, but it's your money so...just ensure that whatever you install doesn't make the vehicle start throwing codes. Best upgrade for the money is a high-quality free flow filter. Unless you are racing on a track and 10ths of a second are on the line, the money on a replacement system could be better spent elsewhere.

Ok. Thanks! I just got the K & N but I haven't really noticed the difference. I guess I'll just leave it like that. Don't take me wrong I'm enjoying my BSB

A requirement on any of my vehicles. Really lets you hear the turbo. Plus some flair for that plain, boring engine bay.

For the Badlands, I would recommend the S&B one @RSH linked.

I have this same intake but on the 1.5L. Great intake. Made a difference not only noise but throttle response as well. I thought it was worth the money.

No. There are no ill effects. Been running one for 2 yrs. Also been on the forum a long time and no one has ever had an issue with a check engine light from an aftermarket intake on their sport.

that was a general statement not aimed solely at intakes, hence the word..."whatever". people start with a so-called cold air intake, then it's a miracle power adder chip or something else claiming to turn the 4 bangers in these vehicles into a new beast. then they are back on here wondering why it's stalling or shifting incorrectly. same thing you see with the lifts. change engine dynamics or chassis/suspension parameters and there is always the chance for ugliness to occur. companies have been fleecing the public for decades with this stuff. not saying all of them are bad, but the claims of gains made by most are made up, or on a test system of a one-off build designed to produce results the normal consumers will never achieve. if you wanna dress up your engine or hear more "turbo" whine out of a utility vehicle go for it, but I stand by the waste of money as a stand-alone item for added power comment all day till Sunday. now if you are going to put a dyno tune on it, some race headers and a race exhaust, a cold air might get you another 5 - 10hp on this vehicle. but I'm back to the why of it. it's a utility vehicle shaped like a box. are you racing it? showing it? regularly compete in rallies? are you a red-light bandit zooming between them?
