I'm glad to know that it can be made to fit. I assume you removed the factory EVAP plate?
A lot of work, but better than tearing up the fuel lines. I'll have to get around to paying off a buddy to help me out when I decide to do it.

Yeah, I removed the thick steel cover around the evaporator. In retrospect, I’m not 100% certain if the JCR evap skid interfered with the OEM evap guard since I had other interferences going on at the front (sub-frame tie-ins not yet unbolted) and rear (fuel tank guard) when we initially fit checked. I think it had to come off.
I really wish Ford would have just installed a full skid plate to protect the fuel lines and that wiring. Or if someone would come out with an easier to install one for the '25 BSBL.
