Hello and goodbye to everyone.

I have enjoyed and benefitted from this site but unfortunately since my service dog has passed and I now have my new one I have sold my baby bronco and gone back to a full-size bronco.

I'm just too concerned with the transmission to keep it much longer and I missed a manual transmission too much. I got a Bronco badlands with a manual transmission (2022) i couldn't afford a new base sasquatch manual which by the way is now $15,000 more than it was compared to my 2022 pricing. They wanted fifty six thousand out the door for a base. No, option bronco, with only the sasquatch package in your manual transmission. That's insane.

But I was able to get a used twenty two bad lands, manual transmission with what looks like a lot of options for I think it was forty six thousand out the door. So I'm super happy.

So thank you for all your help and I may pop in still sometimes if I can answer a question but for the most part this is good bye and good luck to all of you!

Also with side note, I didn't realize. I forgot my spare tire, so if anyone wants to buy a spare tire for Broncos sport never been used. I'll sell it for $25 tire. And wheel also I have my spare tire holder that goes into the towing package slot that I will sell for $10. If anyone wants it
But i'm in phoenix, i'm not shipping anything. So just if you want to, maybe in phoenix, I can do it.Also I go to flagstaff, sometimes, if you're in flag

Good luck. Enjoy the full size. I love mine, especially the 7 sp MT. Maybe we will see you on the 6G site. My full size is getting ready for winter storage. It won’t see pavement for nearly 6 months. :( You’ll have the benefit to drive yours year round and now it’s just getting into good top down season there.

Yrah I'm lucky enough to be in arizona where I can just go up north during the winter if I want snow or stay in phoenix if I don't, I actually had a full size before my broncosport heritage limited, so I know I love them just when I ordered my twenty three they said that I couldn't put the sasquatch package on it.Because it had the manual transmission. This was actually in 2021, though. And so I had to get one without it.So now I have a badlands with all the offroad toys, and actually, this one looks like it's fully loaded too. It's got leather, heated seats, three sixty camera, rock.Sliders modular bumper and it's nice because it does not have the sasquatch package. So it's on 33's instead of 35's, and I believe it's an inch. Lower, so it'll actually fit in my garage. And my service dog can actually get In-N-Out of it without too much trouble. so in a way, it's kind of worked out now I have all the cool stuff as well as my full size bronco, and manual transmission.

I will say, though, I loved my broncos sport heritage limited. And I even had a bronco sport, bad lands before that. While I was waiting on my full size and their wonderful cars, and I will miss being able to drive it like a car and that peppy, little two liter being able to just pass anyone.I want to and when I drove conservatively.I got like twenty five twenty six miles a.Gallon, although I am already averaging twenty one miles a gallon with what i've done today, which isn't a lot tho. Basically, if it had a different transmission that I wasn't worried about breaking, I probably would have waited even longer to get the full size bronco, but I just don't trust the 8f35.

There’s a little height gained with the 35’s over the 33’s but it’s not a full inch as neither are actual size. There is also a slight height increase with the Sasquatch package. I had originally reserved a Base with Sasquatch and MT transmission as well but like you saw, they didn’t offer the MT with the Sasquatch the first year so I changed to a Badlands as well. Because of all the delays, Granger offered me the Badlands Sport for an unbelievable price when it looked like I wouldn’t see my full-size for a couple of years because of the allocation process. Fortunately for me Ford decided to ignore the allocation process in 23 to fullfill all the early reservations before the price protection policy expired. I was also allowed to change my order to Heritage yet still get the price protection for the Badlands trim. For me, it was a win-win. The sport has its place in the stable especially for winter usage. I get about 24 mpg with the Sport and 20 mpg with the full size so not a huge difference. The biggest issue is the 2 door only has a 16 gallon tank so 320 miles is max assuming I want to drive until empty. I like them both but like you I do have some concerns regarding long term reliability so i did purchase the Ford ESP for both through Granger. I’ve never been a fan of extended warranties but felt it was reasonable roll of the dice considering the low cost going through Granger.

Since my daughter lives in the east valley, I get out there often but normally fly. It is nice to be able to go an hour or two north to get out of the heat. We like Pine/Strawberry for a quick trip otherwise it’s Pinetop-Lakeside or Prescott/Sedona for a slightly longer drive. I’m assuming at some point I’ll be out there longer than just a few weeks every couple of months. I’d probably look at Payson to get something out of the valley but close enough for a day trip.

Nice Bronco but IMO the Big Broncos are overpriced New or Used. The Bronco Sports are also overpriced IMO as the 2023 BS BB I had the MSRP was $33,135.00 and the MSRP was $31,510.00 on the 2025 XLT AWD Maverick I have now with the 2.0 EB.

I have no real good data, but I keep hearing that car sales are declining. If people keep clutching their money due to the current inflationary conditions in the US, I don't find it too hard to imagine a good drop in car prices in 2026. Yes, I agree that new car prices have gotten out of control. I bought my 2025 BS because it was time for a car change. But, I fully expect a downward price correction in the next 1-2 years. The current inventory is likely to back up. IMHO.
My experience was when I shopped my BS, Rav4s were over-invoice (about $1500) and harder to find. Now they are selling under invoice (about $2000) and are easier to find. As for BS models, mine was under-invoice by enough ($1-2k) , and there were plenty in inventory. I do not know what is up now. I don't need to know, but if I were shopping, I'd consider hard bargaining and maybe even waiting to buy. Lucky for me I had 6 dealers close enough to provide competition locally. Good luck out there.
