Yes, the VIN and owner name need to be the same. The address changing doesn't negatively effect coverage.
There's a little gray area as to what is "intended off-road use" but we haven't seen any issues with it. But they will cover mechanical failure unless they can prove it is blatant misuse or abuse.

I'm just worried about a little down the road... I'm thinking of getting some different tires, maybe a little larger. And while I don't plan on doing serious off road stuff, It might come in handy if I bump a sharp rock or mesquite thorn.
With tire care specifically? I'd suggest emailing our team on the roadhazard coverage and what all it entails. I'm going to guess it has to be factory sized tires as the replacement size and a claim will get kicked if its not OEM spec tires. We'd love to help, but don't want to sell you something that you'll have trouble using down the road.
Absolutely I understand. I'm planning to get the vehicle coverage for sure, and most likely the maintenance plan. For my needs, I'm on the fence with the tire and windshield coverage.
