I was working with the large grommet, below the battery, on the firewall - fat fingers dropped it and it's lost in the abys that's the engine. Searched for 30min. and gave up. It's the removeable grommet about 4" tall and probably 3" wide. Pops right out and allows for each access to run wires into the cabin.

Anyway, I need a new one and can't locate the part number. Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks!

Just screwed up bad by drilling a hole through this exact grommet to route wires through. I did way to big of a hole and now when driving I can hear everything going on In the engine bay. Gonna do a deep dive and I’ll let you know if I find a part number somewhere

You might try something like this to narrow the size of the hole:

Ford Bronco Sport Firewall grommet - part number 61-300LARGE

Be sure to protect the wiring from chafing. If you don't want to disconnect the wiring you don't have to use a grommet, you can wrap it in a fire retardant sleeve.

Just left my dealers part department and we all searched for a good 30 minutes and they could not find it anywhere. They eventually said after market is the best bet.

If you have an ACE Hardware in your area many of them have an entire wall of stacked bins floor to eye level - lots of different size grommets and maybe there is one that’s close enough to work
Would need to be spilt across to allow the existing wiring to pass through
