Extended Service Plan on Ford Pass

When I purchased my 21 BS I also got the 6yr/75,000 mile Ford Protect Premium Care extended service plan.
I was just going through the Ford Pass app to check to see what warranty coverage was due to a check engine light that just came on and noticed that my Extended warranty plan is not showing in the app.

Does anyone else that has the extended coverage have theirs showing in the app?
I just want to see if this is normal before reaching out to the dealer.

I bought my 2021 BL used. Added a 7 year 75K Premium Care thru Granger Ford.

It doesn't show up on my Ford pass.

Dealer looked it up and said it shows under my vehicle records.

My service plan showed in the dealers system also.

I was able to get this resolved using Ford Chat.
Apparently the name on your Extended Service Contract has to match exactly with how your name is set up on the Ford Pass app as this is how they match the contract. (you would figure if would go by VIN, but it goes by your name.)

My name on the service contract had Jr suffix on my name and the app does not have a suffix name field.

I had to add "Jr" to the last name field on the Ford Pass app. Once I did this and saved it the extended service contract showed on the app.

Do y'all know if there's any specials or anything on signing up with the Ford Credit Card? I'd rather do that and get some points and then just pay it off.

You get $100 off if you purchase before the 3yr 36k mile warranty is up and another $100 off if before 12 months 12k mile mark. Doesn’t say anything about purchasing with credit card though.

I don't know about specials, but make sure you get it from @Granger Ford .
