Dents to Interior driver door panel

Anyone have recommendations on how to remove two dents that to the driver side interior door panel near glass window. I have a habit of placing my elbow in that area. Any help with this is appreciated. See attached pic.

sort of disappointing that your arm/elbow on the window sill produces those results.... i had a feeling this would occur the first week or two of ownership and am very careful about where elbows come to rest. The center console lid is another spot this seems likely, even though different material.

shitty cheap door card materials. scuffed mine once while cleaning with a microfiber towel.
