Exactly! I’m so sorry for being all over the place with my story.
I thought it was there since new but I installed my aux lights shortly after getting it so my memory is probably mistaken and it started after screwing with that ground.
Did KAM reset and it went away. Than it came back but super quiet and even more intermittent shortly after.
Took to dealership and it’s gone completely after what they said was tightening that ground.
Thanks a lot.
My story is similar, as well as has very similar sounds and symptoms.

The mechanics said it was the automatic transmission mount, but damn, even though the car was in a small accident, I don't understand how and why it could fail in 22k miles. Also, according to the mechanics, it's not a 100% guarantee that it's the mount. While ordering another mount, I'm going through all possible options, I've checked all TSBs where there could be something similar, the only thing that fits my problem is the manual shift cable, but I removed it yesterday, tightened it with a zip tie and still heard this damn sound.
Now I'm trying to remember if I got this sound after I changed my battery :)
At the beginning of the purchase (it was already with mileage), there was nothing, but after 1-2k miles, the clicking sound just started coming out. Just two weeks after I received the car, I replaced the battery, and potentially, during this period of time, the sound came out. I will go check all ground and reset KAM (but I'll do it through FDRS).
PS The only thing is that I have a slightly different car (Lincoln Corsair), but it is made on the same platform as the Bronco and many spare parts are the same, I hope I will not be stoned for this, but I tell it like it is)
I will also write about the results of my analyzes here.

After watching your video. I honestly think it could be a mount or something that would be effected by shifting of weight. I say that because my clicking only happened right before my transmission shifted up into the next gear. And sounded much more like a solenoid going haywire.
Yours reliably clicks as you accelerate and as you brake. No clicking as you hold a speed. Keep us updated I’m curious what the cause is.

Hello there. My final update about this issue. So yeah it was a transmission mount (upper left, hydraulic). Swapped the old for the new one today. This story took a long time because at first, I was waiting for a long time for the delivery, then the queue for service, holidays, weekends, etc. The most interesting thing is that old mount visually are not broken, torn, or something else. But when the worker squeezed this mount with his hands, it made a similar crunching/clicking sound just in the area of the plastic (there is a plastic element there, but it also seems to be visually in place and intact). Nevertheless, the sound was reproduced and they replaced the mount for me, now it's completely silent and I'm just enjoying it.
In addition, I tried to reproduce this sound by myself, the video below :)

I’m happy you got it figured out!!! Your a legend for posting a clip of you recreating that sound it will help another person in the future diagnose a clicking noise which is almost impossible online haha well done
