Carplay no worky

Since about 10 days ago, my iphone won't connect to carplay. The Sync screen shows "iphone detected" and the iphone will charge but there's no tab for carplay at the bottom of the screen. I've tried 3 different cables.

I've checked all the settings I can think of, what am I missing?

Have you tried a master reset? I think SYNC gets a furball from time to time, and a master reset kinda forces the system to cough it up.

Try removing your car from your iPhone CarPlay settings first and then plugging it back in. Maybe forcing it to setup again will work. A master rest on sync will lose all your settings.

I had tried that, no change. The master reset did the trick. Thanks to all who replied.

Lately Waze has froze up a couple of times. Thought it had something to do with the 10 below temps but unplugging the adapter thawed it out! ?

Have you tried someone elses iphone or an android phone?
