Only 90K for the Bronco Raptor at your dealership? There're a few of inconsistencies in the video. For example, is it that people are broke, or that manufacturers' MSRPs are too high? Personally, I think it's the latter. The sales manager at my local dealer kept sending me notifications about the two Bronco Raptors on the lot. I finally replied that absent winning the lottery (and maybe not even then), there is no way on God's green earth I will spend over $90k for a vehicle.
I agree that people aren't broke. They have priorities and their families are it.There're a few of inconsistencies in the video. Lewis Black has ideas on how to spend money (BEWARE! EXTREMELY NSFW!)I'd hire 5 or 6 strong men and have them hoist me around like the Egyptian faros.
Right now there are two on the lot. One is $91k with a $3k discount, the other is $97K.Only 90K for the Bronco Raptor at your dealership?

Understand that. Just another opinion on you tube. You know what opinions are like. This was sent to me so I thought it might be worth a look.As long as there are people buying these vehicles the manufacturers will keep building them,. As much as there are people who can't or won't afford a vehicle that expensive there is always someone who can afford these vehicles either by buying them or leasing them for a smaller monthly fee.
Here is June sales for Ford Motor Company: ford-motor-company-sales-numbers-figures-results-june-2024-usa. There were some increases and some decreases for an over all decrease of 6% compared to last year.
As Dantanman said "He has some version of a click bait title every week". Not sure what his motive is but I felt the video was a lot of over the top sensationalism to complain how expensive cars have gotten. I guess the more clicks he gets the more money he makes.
I for one am surprised he's still in charge.I agree that people aren't broke. They have priorities and their families are it.
It's hard to purchase a vehicle now with interest rates high and on a commodity that's going to depreciate and be worth close to 50% of its cost when the loan is paid off.
Right now, not a lot of disposable income in this economy. I think Stellantis is in trouble.
In the case of Ford's all electric F150, they are not selling. Ford stopped production from what I read.As long as there are people buying these vehicles the manufacturers will keep building them,. I am not a fan of electric vehicles. I just can't get past having to wait around to charge them.In the case of Ford's all electric F150, they are not selling. Ford stopped production from what I read.
Maybe the mucky mucks are finally paying attention.
