The initial is just the short term satisfaction of customers. The BS hasn't been around long enough yet to have long term satisfaction statistics.

CR still has the BS rated 5/5 for reliability and owner satisfaction:

82 is a very good overall score, and 75 isn't bad for the road test. The off-road capability of the BS likely knocks the on-road score down a bit.

Short term must be the first month. I’ve had nothing but issues since then. My badlands is not built well. Can’t wait till I see the Ford reps at the off-roadeo so I can curse someone out. If they can fix it by then since it currently has me stranded. Thanks Ford

4500 miles and I have no issues whatsoever. Very pleased overall.

Same here. I'm at 4200 miles, 2022 BB bought 31Jan. No issues whatsoever and averaging 26-28 mpg.
