Did you speak to the service manager?I have tried that. Ford does not seem to care. Ford has asked for my VIN and phone and email on various social media platforms, calls to corporate have gone unanswered, and none of those bots running their accounts has ever followed up with me. Never buying another Ford or even Ford adjacent car or truck.
Every day.Did you speak to the service manager?
I keep a jump starter in the Bronco at all times. I’m in Massachusetts and the service dealers around here cannot figure it out@jfmastrangelo where are you at with this? The battery on my 2021 Bronco Sport Big Bend (purchased 2/2021) started dying on Christmas! I jumped it and it ran fine Christmas day. Drove it on the 26th no issues but didn't drive it yesterday. Went out about an hour ago and it won't start and the app says it's in battery save mode. Have roadside assistance coming to jump and am going to buy a jump starter to have on hand. I have cables but my neighbors aren't around. I have the OEM battery and did have all recalls performed. Going to call the service department Monday. I'm outside the 3/36,000 window. Mileage at 52,112.
I never check nor will check anything. I have every oil change and recall and all service done at a Ford dealershipIs your current battery that was replaced say AGM on it? Did you ever check the negative battery lead to chassis ground?
