Badlands takes longer?!

I ordered my fully loaded Badlands in January was hoping for July delivery, guessing it will be more like October!

I don't have a problem waiting but getting a fairly early 22 order when the 23 is coming into production will be a no-go for me. I can't justify eating 2 model years worth of depreciation when I sign the dotted line. At some point this market craziness will be over and you have to think about future value. I suppose in the grand scheme of things were talking a 5k hit right off the top which really I guess I can stomach I'd just rather not.

We ordered mid January.I am fine with 3 to 6 months. But any longer.... Fuhk that give me my deposit back. I can have a new 4Runner in half that time.

We like the Bronco but I am not feeling being saddled in my current car for 10 more months.

I hope to have a production date by mid March or I am walking. I can try again on the Ford line in the future.

I can get a loaded gasser RAV4 in the next few weeks. And then I could decide on keeping my Bronco order until It actually gets built. So there is this option too.

I ordered a BS BL Prem on 10/20/21 confirmed 10/21. Nothing since, no Vin, no production date. A few who ordered similar specs a few days after received production dates back in December. I'm guessing premium is the hold up. This one is for my daughter, was hoping to have atleast a window sticker for Christmas. I'll be lucky to have it in April for her Bday.

You’re one of the lucky ones. Dealership probably has a big allocation due to volume. I ordered 10 days before you, same order, and nary a peep from FMC since my order confirmation email. I’m figuring on May for delivery at best from a mid-November order.

You’re about the same as me. 11/6 order & nothing since. So probably May. Hopefully! ?

Regardless of production delays, shouldn't everyone who places an order get a confirmation email from Ford within a few days max?

Our order was placed on 12/17, and I received a confirmation from Ford around 1:30PM that same day.

Anyone who has ordered but not heard from Ford might want to contact them to at least confirm their order was actually submitted.

I agree, you should have been scheduled by now. @AmazingSieve ordered after you and I and his and mine both shipped this week. Seems odd you haven’t even gotten a VIN, I got mine around 3 weeks after confirmation. I’m with Granger Motors and they are a smaller dealer.

Yea, North County Ford isn’t a giant either. Could easily be the smallest ford dealer in my metro area.

I highly doubt that they are the smallest. I could name an easy half dozen that do less volume then North Country!
