@KrisO You’ve commented you are on the latest Sync 23188 and have an iPhone which I assume is running iOS 18.2 or later ?Help, I have been finding the XM touchscreen super clunky and some times freezes if I try to do things too fast. Most annoying is that I will touch a channel i want and it will instead choose a different channel nearby. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have had two instances where I had to shut off the car to get the screen to unfreeze. I welcome all suggestions.
You may want to get a wireless adapter. They’re great for short trips around town. I use the wired connection when I’m traveling on a long trip because of phone battery usage when running wireless.Just so y'all know, I get SiriusXM weather and traffic only in my 2015 F350, a few weeks ago it stopped working. Checked the Ford Sync site, and lo and behold, an update for sync 2!
Installed it, and works great again. ?
I have a '24 Badlands without navigation, so it's wire connect for weather and maps.
Agreed!! We bought that years ago and has paid for itself ten fold!!Not if SiriusXM is free … for life
That’s good to know you are not using the iPhone SiriusXM App, already have Sync 3.4.23188 installed and manage website builds@KrisO Thank you all for the suggestions. I’m not running the Sirius app via my phone. I manage website builds for a living so not a digital neophyte. @Ford @sirius #ui/ux fail!
Knock on wood... I've had no issues connecting via Bluetooth and/or via USB... to my iPhone in my caseCool, but way off topic… know how to get their infotainment system working better?
