A month ago I installed the H&R Spring lift kit for my Bronco Sport BB, its a small lift, just 1.2 inches (3cm), but a perfect complement to the larger (245/60R18) tires I had installed earlier. It rides the same, my wife says smother. No problems and no fuel penalty.

I put a 1-1/2" HRG lift on my Badlands, and got a chance to drive a road/trail that I was scraping on last year. Between the lift and the left side skid plate and cat skid, I drove through and only scraped once, on the left skid. I'm very happy with it. A small lift on a short wheel base rig like the BS makes a big difference. When these 235/65R17s wear out, I'll get a tire with a little larger diameter.

Those are OEM wheels? They are 18s and not 17s?

They look great. Did you paint the wheel covers yourself? What did you use? if you had it done, do you mind if I ask what it cost?

Had the wheels painted at a body shop that “specializes “ in painting wheels and brake calipers. Quick turnaround and cost $300

I forgot: I also changed the lug nuts for solid steel ones in black, off Amazon

I love the stance of your BS. The spring lift route looks simpler than the other leveling/lift kits on the market. I guess you did need a spring compressor for the front struts though?

Thanks! Yep enough lift to look right, and with a spring lift no clunking.
