Ask for the regional service managers phone number. If your local Ford dealership will not provide it, contact the next nearest Ford dealership. Then politely explain to he/she that you are getting no where in getting this issue resolved.

Have you sent a "start conversation" with the Ford Motor Company rep that frequents this site? Find where they have offered help to another person on this site. Then click on their avatar, and explain your issue.

I'll locate a thread for you and give you their post number so you can go there and work with them.

Go to this tread:

scroll down to post#3, then hover over their avatar and select "start conversation".
Thank you!!!!!!

The dealership staff will not discuss this issue with me. They refer me to General Manager and he will not respond to me. I have emailed 4 times and called 6 and left messages. I did get him once when I was transferred by Parts Manager. GM told me he could not speak to me at that time and he would call me back in 30 minutes. Never heard from him.
I have not made a physical appearance to speak to GM. I'm assuming he will refuse to see me. This has been ongoing since February. Not sure what to do at this point.........
What a ? ? way to run a dealership.

With my local Honda, they were always in meetings. I'd go by for an oil change and everyone's sat around BSing and hardly any customers. What are they meeting about?

I really get annoyed when I get better service buying a $0.38 can of tomato sauce than a $38,000.00 vehicle.

If you don't get any traction at that original dealer, I'd try to get support from the next one. Let them know you'll be willing to move your service needs and future vehicle purchases from them if they can at least do the work (you might have to pay a bit).

Thank you!!!!!!
I was able to text the Ford Motor Company Rep that follows this site. She told me to sit tight, that there is an active case and a service specialist will reach out to me. I’m really tired of waiting. This has been since February….. 6 months. I wish they would just give me enough Ford Points to get another set of fender flares. So frustrating!

In February, I had Local Ford dealer install Air Designs Fender flares I ordered through Ford Accessories and had delivered to dealership. First they lost my order. Then they were installed out of alignment. I requested them to be reinstalled. Was told I would have to open claim with Ford Accessories since I ordered them there and they felt they were defective. Ford accessories told me I had to open claim with manufacturer. Manufacturer said they were installed incorrectly and I needed to contact dealership. I went around and around with dealership.
In April, they finally agreed to reinstall one fender flare. The worst one. We agreed on which flare was to be moved. They moved a different one. To say the least I was not happy. I took my Bronco to 2 different local body shops. They both said all rear flares are installed incorrectly. That I needed new flares, that removing the originals will damage them. I have requested a refund or a new set of flares that I can have installed elsewhere. The General manager will not return my calls or emails. I have filed complaint with Ford customer care with no resolution. I filed a formal complaint with Ford. No response.
I hopeful Ford will respond to me here in this Forum.

Had the same issue with the pocket style flares. Mickey mouse hardware is the issue. Clips are a joke. Had one section rear flares fall off 3 times. Finally lost it altogether. Ford dealer at winter home in Peoria was a joke. My hometown dealer went to bat for me. Replaced them and even threw in a free service for my troubles. As a former Ford dealer myself I really appreciated it. They have earned my business for life. That's how it's done (mostly ) big city dealers who think they have an unlimited supply of customers!

For those of you running these flares, how much further do they stick out compared to stock? Swapping out to 17x8 +38 wheels this weekend and just wondering how flush these flares would be with that setup. Thanks!
