I’m old enough to remember when you could order pretty much any option a la carte. You wanted one option, you got it. Now it seems a lot of the popular ones are part of a “package”. Pretty sure it’s mostly to generate more $$$$.When I look at the Build and Price, it does look like you can't get the Tow option on the OBX unless you opt for the Sasquatch Package (Add $5535 USD).

For the Big Bend, it looks like one would have to add the Black Diamond Off Road Package to get the tow hitch.
Ford's way of raising prices...customer wants one particular feature and make them buy a package of features whether they want them or not. For 2024, I would have like a moonroof, but it required adding the Premium Package which added their fake leather (ActiveX, IOW a synthetic like vinyl) seating, among other features that I was indifferent to.
I wanted cloth seats, so no moonroof for me.
