2025 2.0L is 6.1 qts. and 5w-30 recommended. Online manual on the attachment below.

My 2025 owners manual shows 6.1 qts. but says 0w-20 even though the oil cap on the engine is marked 5w-30.

Is it that hard for Ford to get these important specs figured out?

Ford Bronco Sport 2025 1.5L oil capacity? OIL RECOMMENDATION ON LINE MANUAL 5W-30

yes that is including the oil filter, none of the numbers I gave include that. its funny I got the numbers right out of the owners manual for the 2025 off a canadian site and they don't list it as including the oile filter.. would it be so hard to make the US and Canadian variants have the same info haha

Couple points from that image of your O.M. that don't apply to OP since they have the 1.5.

5-30 is the typical oil for your engine. Just as marked on the cap.

0-30 (not 0-20) is specified if you run the car in environments under -20F.

The two numbers on oil represent viscosity at start and at running temp. Lower viscosity is a lower number. So both oils perform at "30" when the car is operating. The "0" oil is slightly thinner when the car is off and cold to allow the engine parts to move free-er while coming to temp. So when we consider the cold spec, it literally is just a tiny bit different, only in extreme cold, only at engine cold start.

Ford has the spec calculated and consistently stated for that car. Few people need to pay attention to the cold oil spec. I would just carry on with the 5-30 spec.

I guess I hijacked the post, I was showing that the owners manual (PDF) shows 0W-20 for the 2.0L even though the filler cap shows 5W-30.

The online manual (HTML) for the 2.0 attached to my post, shows 5W-30 which jives with the filler cap.

So there's a difference between the manuals.

Fyi, my Canadian owners manual says including the oil filter right above the qty.
