Ran over a rock in the desert and ended up with a busted engine mount, as can be seen through the hole in the skid plate.
Another look at the failure once I got home and took the skid plate off:
The part isn't terribly expensive and it seems pretty easy to replace, so I placed the order (Part #: JX6Z6E042G) through Ford Parts. I got word today that the part is on backorder and they are not able to even provide an estimated timeline. Two main questions:

- If I drop this off at a dealer and they place the order for the part, do they get any sort of extra information or priority over a consumer ordering the part? At this point, getting the part sooner and having the dealer install is more cost effective than waiting longer and doing it myself.
- Once I finally get the part, anything else I should be looking at before buttoning things back up and hitting some trails again? I would drive it around and listen for weird noises, but anything that may not be particularly obvious?
