People are really pissed over at the Bronco6G forum regarding 2/4 door. Prices of the full size bronco (build and price) took a pretty big jump overnight. $160 is chump change compared to what they are seeing for the full size bronco.

It says firm orders before Dec 22 , 2020 are protected.
I hope so. I had to put $500 down on mine to get the order locked in. I was doing a refi and couldn’t have my credit run during that time. I assume this means my price is locked in.

Price goes up as other cooler options are hitting the market.

I believe they are referring to the rule from Ford stating mannequins can't be sold until 4 months on the lot, or 4k test miles driven... which from what I've seen at least locally - a lot of dealers are NOT following. How so many dealers are getting allocations beyond their permitted two test vehicles + owner confirmed orders is beyond my understanding, but as we've seen that appears to be common theme with the entire production schedule so I'm not surprised either.

By this time next year I suspect a thousand more across the line.
Most of the competition is very dated. Last Subaru make over was what, 15, 20 years ago? Jeep, same thing/look I've seen for decades.
The nicknames, Ford Forrester, like that one. When the Big Bronco gets here In numbers the attention will fade on the sport but I suspect the 'Bronco II/Baby Bronco' will be a really big seller for many years.

Pretty funny, but not ha-ha funny. Today I received a Your Order Has Been Confirmed email from Ford that looks EXACTLY like the one they sent me LAST AUGUST when they originally confirmed my order. I hate to be suspicious but I expect this is so that I can enjoy the price increase along with all of the other pleasures of this ordering process.
