Oh wow. after reading this whole thread it seems like all the issues are in a particular build date range. Mine was built in early December and has only the tiniest fluttery noise at 1500- 1800 rpm. when the engine is cold. But to me, it just sounds like the turbo spooling up and down...

Thinking of getting the Thule bars because of this. Does anyone know if the thule's are less noisy?

Not surprised. Drove through the ford lot just to see what was going on with all vehicle inventory. There was basically nothing. 3 f150's, 4 explorers, 1 escape, 1 ranger, and 1 Mach-e. THAT WAS IT! They all still had their transit packaging on them too. Drove by a Toyota/subaru dealer too...

summing up this thread so far. So essentially if your foot is leaded beans and your driving style is GME to the moon, plus everyone on the road with you is double checking their dashcam is working then 91 octane might be something to think about?

Oh!! You're going to have a friend in the area then! Now that I think of it the one already driving near you might be a big bend. If you see a cactus green badlands that isn't yours in your area this summer it might be me :)

So funny. My girlfriend's parents live up in lake Chelan area and they texted me when they saw my same exact color Badlands I own in their area. It had to have been you. lol

I picked mine up so quick that they didn't have time to apply the dealer logo :)

I forgot to take photos of my recent trip. It was raining wicked hard :( . This weekend I'm taking it up into the mountains again. Ill make sure I take some more photos
