From Feb 8 to March 21 build. Silly. So many other cars catching my eyes. With rebates and clean vehicle grants, model y tempting. However the rav4 prime is looking sweet for less cost than my reserved FE.
Haha. I'm done. Just got this email:
As if being let down by the fact that the FE isn't truly fully loaded, the idea that they keep delaying orders for those who reserved is quite insulting, while others just randomly walk up to a dealer and snag FEs off the lot. I'm kind of glad Ford has...
Have a look around at what 40k can get you in the SUV market. I think we'll be scratching our heads as to why or how the First Edition got away with a 40k price tag.
Seems like nicer options are coming down the pipe. An entry Mach-E or entry ID4 seem more intriguing than the FE I have on order. The desire to keep this thing is waning every day. However, I'm still intrigued by the big brother Outerbanks 4dr. It'll be fun coming back to this forum in 1 year...
Yup. I don't think the FE is holding up value wise. Just have fun building a Bl + Bl. The color choices alone are enough to "downgrade" to the truly fully loaded BL! And looks? You can make an alto blue with gray roof. FE can't pull off that unique look.
I've had a ford before and those cheap plastic bags degrade and get worn easily. Likely to fade with sun exposure as well. This isn't the good cheap plastic that means easy to clean, it means disappointment. Demuro all but said it
The demuro review settled it for me. I won't be accepting my FE sport. The fact that the FE isn't fully loaded, mixed with the small size, under average mpg, and ford still using their cheap plastic interior is all enough for me to wait on my big brother OuterBanks reservation. I'll hope they...
Did the prior 2/4 door have auto pilot or parking assist? I never made a claim about an entire car being out dated; I simply pointed out that while Sync 4 exists, Ford chose to give the BS Sync 3, an older and now out dated version.
Yes, the moment there's a Sync 4, the previous becomes outdated. Not useless, but by definition, out dated.
My apologies on 21 combined mpg. the 2.0l engine for BS gets reported 23 combined mpg
