I had the same Vin error message… although I did contact my car insurance place and the VIN pulls up all the new Bronco Sport details… which was helpful for getting everything set up for when this arrives.

Spoke to my dealership contact yesterday. They said usually takes 5 days during production to make. After that delays start happening. My order site is in San Diego. And would be closer to the production site ( Made in Mexico, right?)
And for this dealership: said the soonest would be 4 weeks to longest 7 weeks.
So now unless there is a parts shortage before the build….
I am counting on 45-66 days from November 14th.

My email notification today went the opposite direction!

I was originally scheduled for 11/14, got bumped out to 11/21.

Uh ohhhh… looks like I need to call Ford Customer Support and see if mine changed. ?

I have been seeing in the Maverick Forum that some ‘22 Model Year orders are getting a build week of 11/14. That would explain why our ‘23s are getting pushed back. But then I saw someone post they got moved up to 11/14; so no clue.

Yes, mine is definitely a MY23 build. I was originally scheduled for 11/21 but moved to 11/14.

I received my email that I am scheduled for 11/21/2022. Has anyone got their vin to work in the order tracker yet? Mine does not.
Now I am seeing several having their data moved up! I am too 11/21 , and the vin tracker is not working for me! Hoping for something exciting soon!

I wonder if it depends on the edition / trim.

My Badlands order was moved out by 1 week later, as opposed to being pulled in sooner.

Trim/edition level seems a likely priority. Haven't seen too many orders for Basic or Big Bend trims getting a production date yet. Mostly BL, OBX and Heritage.

I remember hearing Ford prioritizing retail (customer) orders; which makes total sense. Then after that, dealers were allowed to put in stock orders for Basic and Big Bend trims only.

Yup, agreed, absolutely makes sense to prioritize customer orders. But I think within customer orders there is another production hierarchy, higher trims scheduled first. At least it seems that way based on the posts here. I know I ordered my BB before a few folks with higher trims and I've not been scheduled. Luck o'the draw ?
