That is my point. What did they save by not putting it in? $20 really? I don’t need it, I just thought that was insulting. How about a decent credit for Ford accessories or something?
Anyone else receive a letter that graciously offers them $20 whole dollars for not installing the mobile hotspot feature in my BB. ( it’s been a whole 14 months of ownership). To be honest I didn’t realize I had the feature ( or rather didn’t )but now I feel slighted that it’s worth less than a...
Love mine! Best thing I took from this forum was that suggestion! I hate that feature and I think it’s just another idiotic idea to wear down the mechanisms of the vehicle or cause problems later.
The entire FORD site was down including the app. I searched it up due to the app not working at all for remote start , then I couldn’t log back into either app or their website after reinstalling the app. Resolved the next day. Thankfully.
I had the first year Crosstrek and hated it. And so many on the used lots back then. So many things…Don’t buy first year of new model is my takeaway.
If there’s any way to go to a small independent mechanic I’d do it. My local Ford dealership is a joke. Every little thing I’ve ever gone there for is magically $1100, even a brake job. I just laugh at them. I paid $400 for at a small garage. It’ll be with the tow!
Thank you. Purchased some on eBay. I think it came out okay. Found out you can’t take it off easily without the letter coming off the vehicle so it’s staying on! lol
