Made the mistake of getting satin black, as it sounded like it would match. It is a matte black texture and color if you have seen the roof scoops in person it is the same as that. I would try shadow black.

I have this same noise in my outerbanks under 2000 miles, after posting in a facebook thread some have the noise and some don't. Which which tells me it is not normal but it is common and I have yet to find a fix for it since dealerships like to say its normal.
