In my pics the bracket is attached to the can. You'll have to remove the can bracket to make it easier to attach to the alternator bracket.

Traded it in on my Bronco. Ordered Bronco came in a year earlier than I expected. I wanted to keep both but couldn't swing it financially. I do have a JLT 3.0 Oil Catch can for the 1.5L for sale if anyone is interested. New $150, $100 OBO, I'll ship it. About 9 months old.

Good observation and analysis. I looked at that closer, not cracked, but yes maybe someone stuck something in to pry it out. Disfigured the plastic a bit, I smoothed it out. I hate new vehicles, especially with a full size Bronco coming. Need a second car to daily drive.

Update on my Falken AT3W’s 245/65/17 Big Bend. With the weather warming up my mileage is consistently at 28mpg hand calculated, 30-31 on the dash. Edit: Most recent tank of gas I was able to get 29mpg. 30 is my goal before my full-size Bronco comes in.

YES, as someone else said, seat belt next to the center console. I pushed it down next to the seat, rattle went away. Took me forever to find that noise.

Update: catch can collecting fluid may depend on how you drive? My last 1,000 miles or so the can was empty. Maybe the winter weather had something to do with how much?

Change in plans, kind of. Recently notified my full size Bronco is scheduled for production 6/6 (year earlier than my calculations). So maybe I'll be bringing that down to AZ to get a rtt. Will be trading in my BS, wish I could afford both.
