Finally got some extra storage for the Badlands this year for all our camping trips!!!
Took a while mulling over the choice of roof box or cargo basket but finally convinced myself to make the immature decision to go with what looks more gnarly ?
I should mention we haul a kayak trailer and...
Honestly if you're really concerned about it being found there is one place that will never give away your goods, the ol' chocolate pocket, or prison purse ?
Ask your Doctor if hooping is right for you ?
Maybe it's just because it's foreign to me but I prefer the old cluster screen on my Bronco more than the new one.
Same with the infotainment system.
Not a fan of touchscreens and tech overload in cars though
I'm at 32000km so far and will probably need some in another 6000km.
I do a lot of in town start stop driving during the week and when doing long trips in the summer, the bronco is packed with camping gear and towing a couple yaks on a trailer.
So I probably am a little harder on them then...
I drove this 2008 silverado for 6 years before my BS BL, it was my newest truck by 20 years over the others and possibly the worst ?
A/C only worked in winter (Canadian over here), heat only worked in summer, 290 000km rough kilometers, rats building nest in the seats, and it lost anywhere...
Just went in for my 32 000km check up, needed an oil change too.
Got them to repair my second tire in six months hit with a screw since it was in anyways.
Only repairs needed so far.
So far it's performed way better than my expectations both on and off road, and it's still on the crap...
It was an old boat trailer I just modified for Kayaks, the Yak carriers are all custom 1x2 steel tubing bolted to the trailer for easy removal in case I want to swap for a jon boat or something else
That's a sick rig! I couldn't find anything that I liked to I decided to just do it myself. If I was just taking my single yak I'd haul it flat like yours
Here you go, it is Amazon Canada though

I'm used to tossing it in the bed of a truck and thought the trailer would save some hassle. My yak is a 11.5 perception outlaw and weighs like 90lbs ish.
Great for stand up fishing, a brute to lug around lol
Decided on trying out car camping this year and ditching the old tent. So far we've been to three provincial parks and plan on hitting 4 more this year!
I built a custom kayak trailer to start since I'm not a fan of lifting those heavy bastards around.
Wife found a SUV tent with lots of...
I'm from Ontario too!! I'm on sit on top fishing yaks though, still looking for a small trailer option as I have the moonroof and I'm worried about the weight
