A lift doesn't affect what tire size you can run. It's all about the width of the wheel well. You can run 245/65 or 235/70's with no rubbing at full lock. I'm running 245/65's. One reason I'm thinking of doing 235/70 is for such a light vehicle I have hydroplaned and been floating on snow. The tires are rated to be great at preventing it too. Definitely going to loose some of the wide stance look though
