I just had my bronco detailed. The more I think about it, one of rubber floor mats could have been pushed up. Nice tip.

I think it has to do with surface rust on the calipers. Didn't need really any extra pressure to unstick. Broke free immediately.

Got a bunch of stuff added in the form of top coatings, a paint correction and paint protection film!

I really would like to know the root cause, but my spare tire well was insulated and I can’t hear the noise anymore. For peace of mind, I had another ‘22 with the same issue, had the diff replaced and it still made the noise. I believe it’s normal road noise, but there is absolutely no sound...

My entire spare tire well is covered. It really helped eliminate all of the road noise. That's what happens when ford cheaps out and doesn't install carpet.

this is my 2nd BS BB in less than 2 months. Both had the same issue. We all checked underneath for anything rubbing, nada. Thanks tho!

Some dealers blow. Luckily my friends work at my local dealership. I even had my first 2022 BS BB bought back over the noise. It goes away with traction control turned off. Wish I knew the actual source of the noise.

Ford added 3M sound deadening insulation to the soare tire well, noise cannot be heard at all.

is your AC/defrost on? These small engines shake and rattle when the compressor kicks on. Normal function. I wouldn't worry too much unless it's making noise. Check oil level and send out a sample for peace of mind.

I can definitely tell it's my brakes that squeak/grind when I activate the start stop function, but good read. Thanks!

It's the brakes letting go of the rotors - just normal operation.

Do you have a link to the first TSB?

Found a temporary “fix” - turn off traction control and the noise goes away. I really hope ford issues a TSB for this.
