Where is our FoMoCo rep when we need him? He has popped into many of these threads, asking for a VIN and offering to help out the person who posted the concern. Wouldnāt it be nice if he went to bat for us all right now, brought these concerns to the top brass, and allowed people to take...
Yes and no. Production will likely start next week. It could take 3-4 days or up to two weeks (possibly more), so try to have patience and hope for the best. Good luck!
These clips are just what those of us in the interminable "waiting room" of Ford Purgatory needed to lift our spirits. Meanwhile, I'm wondering what sins I have to atone for in order to earn my release and secure delivery of my Badlands!!
Yes - here in the Northeast (RI), a dearth of truck drivers due to the Covid spike (according to my dealer) may be the cause of the delivery chain slowdown. My '22BL was scheduled for arrival during the first week of January, but on 1/4 I received a sad notice from Ford that delivery had been...
BK, mine has been delayed at the port in Quonset Point, RI, we think (trying to reconfirm with the dealer here in southeastern CT. Apparently, Covid cases have temporarily diminished the numbers of transport truck drivers. Mine was due at dealerās on Friday, 1/7, now postponed until 2/9...
Thanks for this great travelogue. I wish you many more wonderful adventures with family and friends in your new ride. Love the shot of the Badlands with the stars shimmering above. Impossible to duplicate that photo here along the RI coastline where I live, though the stargazing and...
I join those of you whose cars are currently sitting in undisclosed locations, overdue for delivery. I ordered mine on September 8, and it was shipped on December 4. Last week I got a notice saying that transit delays had resulted in a delivery shift to one month later than originally projected...
Same thing is happening to my ā22 BL here in RI; on Tuesday, Ford extended my delivery date by a month until 2/9. Essentially a 30 mile trip after 3K from mexivo. And now it probably will be missing bash plates and the (now infamous) engine cover. Nonetheless ⦠Iām beside myself in anticipation...
Others should comment here, as I have not yet tried it. I think the rough country nudge bar may be a little more complicated to install, but I really donāt know.
Although I agree with AndyMac, I believe that both require the removal of the tow hooks. As for the fordrangerlifts bar, itās on a production hold until May or June.
