Two things to consider: The tall antenna on the back needs to be temporarily removed before going through a car wash. Our county requires that the water be recycled; is all the winter salt washed off cars being recycled, too? I hand wash mine or take it to my detailer.

I camp each year for a full week at Lakeland, FL Sun N Fun and Oshkosh Airventure. My 12v fridge is much smaller than yours and runs on 45 watts. I use my Jackery 300 and a 100-watt folding solar panel to keep it charged. You can pick up the Jackery at Harbor Freight.

One solution is to add a backup battery specifically for powering the camera. There are some YouTube videos on this.
