Keeping your Bronco Sport how long?

How long do you predict to keep your Bronco Sport (assuming no accidents total it)?

I tend to keep my vehicles for a long time. I traded my 1996 Ford Ranger for a 2009 Mazda MX-5 (Miata), traded the Miata for my 2021 Ford Ranger. I did trade the Ranger for a 2025 Bronco, but that's more the exception.

My wife, on the other hand wants to trade as soon as the "new" wears off. She's had two Ford Edges, a Buick LaCross and now a Kia K5 in the past 16 years.

Had my 2003 explorer for seventeen years, over 200K miles finally just wore out. Replaced it with a 2019 explorer expecting it to outlast me but then my daughter’s car died and well dad to the rescue. Then. 2025 OBX so Baring anything unexpected this will probably be my last. I tend to keep them a long time. I miss the 2019 explorer closes thing to a land yacht I ever had, did 90k in 5 years and always had the tech’s asking me if I wanted to sell it. Sail on Silver girl, keep my grand kids safe.

I try to keep my cars for a long time. That is why I took out a 10 year Ford ESP through Ziegler. My Edge was six years old when we just traded it in on a 25 Ford Escape. Because I try to keep them for awhile I have always gone online and purchased the Ford ESP. The Edge had an 8 year warranty with 2 years left so I was able to get a $400 refund for the remaining 2 years. I also like how the Ford ESP is transferrable since in the past I have given our 3 year car to my son and used his older car as a trade in. If I a going to keep my cars longer than the initial 3 year bumper to bumper warranty the Ford ESP makes sense to me.

With the purchase of the 25 Escape I think the days of handing down my cars may be over with Ford deleting the models that I have been buying. I have no interest in EV's and for the foreseeable future nothing is exciting me to decide to trade in. So another reason to keep my cars for as long as possible.

2023 Big Bend/no options except for paint color/pretty inexpensive - Bought it planning to keep it for a few years. Turns out to have lots of fun factor for me and it meets my needs. Easy to clean and drive due to its size and doesn't take up much room in the driveway. I just think it's pretty cool.
