Included a screenshot of the AI chat screen (shown for iPhone) which is an Al-powered virtual assistant claiming is here to assist you however you can ask for "agent” to chat with a live person

I remember when a member of the F150 forum called Ford tech line to find out why an OTA kept failing. The Ford "in-vehicle tech expert" told him the reason the OTA was failing was because his truck was low on fuel and recommended he fill up the gas tank.

What was funny is that it was an OTA that required the vehicle to parked, off, locked and inhibited for the update to install.

You are better off asking advice from the bagboy at your local Publix that the "experts" employed by Ford that answer the 800 number or the chat service.

Ford App 6.0.0 (iPhone, not sure about Android)

Different screens in Ford App 6.0.0 but have not seen appreciable changes in Ford App 6.0.0 vs. the prior Fordpass App 5.28.0

Attached pic is from my iPhone 15 Pro with iOS with iOS 26.0.1 … did not see any new iPhone Controls for the Ford App, still have just these 3 controls:
Lock Vehicle
Unlock Vehicle
Start Vehicle

None of those 3 controls work from my System Services pulldown on my iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 26.0.1
