Howdy all! Putting my toggle switches to good use. Had to get a little creative with the CAD for this one, since there’s no easy way to access the underside of this plastic. Obviously stole a lot of inspiration from the Rough Country light bar mounting, but this won’t interfere with my ACC like that one does. These are combo SSC2 pods by diode dynamics, so they’re both wide beam fog lights and long reaching spots in yellow. They have amber backlighting that I’ve got on its own switch.
Designed in F360, printed in carbon fiber PETG (Nylon was being a pain, if it doesn’t hold up I’ll revisit the material but it should be more than sufficient)
Reference my other post on toggle switches for how I wired and control these, they tie into the same system. The bright beams and backlights have dedicated switches, though I may move the backlights to trigger with the DRL’s if I like them enough

Bolts through the side plastic of the grille, clips underneath to hold everything in place
