I’m honestly angry at this missing ignition light! There have already been so many times where I can’t remember if I’ve turned my car on/off already, and resort opening the door to see if any error message pops up. I wonder if there’s an inexpensive way to replace this in the future.
You could look at the tachometer. If the car is running the tachometer will indicate other than zero.

I’m weirdly relieved to hear this because I traded my ’21 BB in for a ‘22 because I couldn’t resist the trade in value, and the ‘22 had the towing package I wanted. I just put the seats down for the first time yesterday and I thought I was going crazy.
Glad I’m not going crazy, but the ‘22 has a bunch of bummers. No rubber seat backs standard, crappier start button, no temperature display, no engine cover, no folding headrests... At this point I’m wondering what the next mild disappointment will be. (I really wish I would’ve looked closer when I was negotiating… I would’ve made a bigger stink!)

Wonder if the Lincoln "start" button fits? Anyone know or have a detailed parts diagram?

It was noted a few months back that the ignition button no longer included the little green light.
We just took my wife’s 2007 Lexus ES350 in for a new alternator. It has a lighted start button. So does my 2013 Subaru BRZ (built by Toyota). They gave us a brand new Lexus NX300. Its start button? Same as the 2007 ES and 2013 BRZ. Except no light. So it’s not just Ford thing. As far as the lifespan of common parts, all three cars have the exact same control stalk for cruise control, unchanged in 15 years.

Can you post a picture of the headrests? I want to see if the colors match what I Have - 2022 BS Badlands Ebony Roast / LEA Trim
I have the same and they match perfectly. I can tell you it’s definitely more convenient to have folding headrests. Especially considering the limited back seat area! Hope this helps.

Thanks! I also read your first post - I also have same color Cyber Orange BSBL, premium package LOL!

My wife wanted a "happy" color... and I admit it looks sharp! We got it I think 3rd week in January... might have come off the line together!

You order from dealer or online?

How much do those cost? I’d really like to have folding headrests again like my destroyed ‘’21 had — I’m tired of having to move the front seats up to fold down the rears. But I don’t want to pay a fortune just for that lol.

Ordering these today!
After folding down my rear seats and having to remove the headrests in order to have them not hit the back of the front seats

My 2021 BL has fold down headrests. Without them I would remove them completely, as I fold down the rear seats often. I fold them down just for better rear window vision!

Very early on in this forum it was noted that the 22s did not have folding headrests.

Did the ‘21 cloth seat headrests fold? Anyone with part numbers?
