I had a discussion with my old Ford dealer over a scheduled service on my Explorer. The dealer had a huge, expensive list of things. I pointed out the list recommended by Ford. He said we think… I stopped him and said I’ll go with what Ford thinks. He didn’t have an answer for that.

I just did a 2200 mile round trip in my OB. I was usually 5-9 mph above the posted speed. I noticed a drop off in mileage above 60 mph. My average for the trip was about 32.8 mph per the car’s reckoning.
